Gene info
PITX1 is a member of the RIEG/PITX homeobox family, which is involved in organ development and left-right asymmetry. This protein acts as a transcriptional regulator involved in basal and hormone-regulated activity of prolactin.

PITX1 antibody can be used for detection of PITX1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. PITX1 antibody can be used for detection of PITX1 by western blot at 1.25 ug/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
